Our goal in landscaping: We love creating outdoor spaces and beautiful landscapes for our clients to enjoy. We treat every project as an art piece and take pride in offering long lasting products. We aim to offer the best value to our clients by staying informed on new products and applications.
Our process first begins with a consultation where we find out what the client is looking to build. We will go through the needs and wants for the outdoor space and add suggestions such as outdoor lighting, paver selection, base material recommendation (synthetic or traditional). We will try to narrow down an approximate budget that is comfortable for our clients - this is a helpful tool in our design project so we can design within the budgetary constraints. The next step will be a design that is created for the hardscape/landscape space to be able to better visualize the project. Once we have agreement on the design we will create a rough budget based on it. If all parties agree and want to move forward we then follow up with a contract and a fixed price. At the contract stage we will go over terms and conditions. The contract will be tailored to each project following specific payment terms, change order requirements and warranty information. At this point the client will be put in queue in our schedule with an estimated start date. Note: the client will be advised of more specific start dates as the schedule moves forward. Once the project starts we will be outlining the work areas and start breaking ground. We will haul out and haul in materials, this will be a loud and messy process. During construction we do our best to be conscientious of the clients and the neighbors. We do make every effort to be efficient so as to reduce disturbances. At the final stages of construction we do a full walkthrough to make sure all our features are in and everything is how it should be. We will ensure all the rain water will flow appropriately, all of our lighting fixtures are working, all our pavers are in good condition, and that every feature is properly and safely secured. We will then go about remediating disturbed work areas and doing a full site clean up. This leaves our clients with beautiful spaces to enjoy and being the envy of the neighbourhood. Caring for and maintaining your new pool is vital to it remaining in good condition and to prevent costly repairs and equipment replacement.
To begin, it is important to know the various components of your pool that require both regular, and occasional maintenance. 1. The pool water: This is arguably the most important component of pool maintenance and the part of your pool that will require the most regular attention. Keeping your pool clear from debris and balanced with the proper chemicals ensures not only that your filters don't get clogged, but also ensures that your pool is free of bacteria and pollutants that could be harmful to swimmers. Depending on the size of your pool and the type of water you have, your pool will require a unique concoction of chemicals. The exact concoction will be determined based on this data, and when you go to a pool supply store, they will be able to give you the correct concentrations for your pool based on this data. 2. Pool interior wall/liner: Keeping your pool wall/liner free from algae is key to keeping it in good shape and keeping the water safe. Repairing any damage immediately is of vital importance to ensuring the damage doesn't get worse, thus costing you more money. To prevent any risk of damage avoid putting any sharp objects in your pool (including sticks!). 3. The pool’s filter system: Keep your pool filter running for at least 8-12 hours a day OR ideally, a full 24 hours. This will ensure that your pool is kept clear of pollutants and debris. Cleaning your pool filter regularly is also MANDATORY for keeping your pool clean and safe alongside manual removal of debris and maintaining the proper balance of chemicals.
